Director of Integrated Student Services, Secondary Schools

Exciting position for mid-career, experienced youth development professional who is determined to make a positive impact on students in "The Kalamazoo Promise" community.

Responsible for the management and delivery of comprehensive, integrated student services in 6 secondary public schools where all students have a tuition and fees scholarship for a four-year college education at any of Michigan's public colleges or universities. 

Opportunity to ensure the execution of best practice programs and strategies during and after school to assist middle and high school students to become proficient in reading, writing, math, attendance, and behavior and to graduate college-ready.

High energy, well-organized indivdiual, skilled in youth development, experience in inspiring and managing others.

Grants management, budget oversight and strong communication skills - writing, listening, speaking.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, e.g. psychology, social work, child/youth development, education, interdisciplinary health, with several years experience.  Master's degree preferred.
